These terms of sale apply to all orders placed on jamb-jam.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

We sell vinyl car stickers printed on demand: bumper stickers (11.5" × 3", 29 × 7.6 cm) and door jamb stickers (4" × 1.6", 10 × 4 cm). The essential characteristics of each product are shown on its product page. Colors may vary slightly from your screen; car photos are mockups for illustration.
Prices are set in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency. They are final prices: VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), so the price without tax and the price with tax are the same. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before payment. Automatic bundle discounts (3+, 6+ and 10+ stickers) are applied in the cart. Import duties for orders outside the United States, if any, are paid by the recipient.
1) Add products to your cart. 2) At checkout, enter your details and choose a delivery method: a detailed summary shows the products, quantities, discounts, shipping costs and total price, which you can review and correct before paying. 3) Confirm and pay. A confirmation email with the order details is sent to you right after payment. The contract is formed at that moment.
Payment is made online by card or other methods offered at checkout, through a secured (HTTPS) payment page. Strong customer authentication (such as 3-D Secure) may be requested by your bank. Your card details are never stored by us.
Delivery rates and times are detailed in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout. Orders are delivered within 30 days of purchase at the latest.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. The conditions, costs and a model withdrawal form are in our Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds page.
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions described in our Returns page. Damaged or misprinted items are replaced or refunded.
Our designs are humorous. Place stickers in a way that respects local laws and does not block your view, lights or license plate.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, photos and texts on this site belong to Jamb Jam and may not be copied or resold without permission.
Your data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Customer service, disputes & mediation

These terms are governed by French law. This does not remove the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
