Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. To use this right, tell us clearly by email at support@jamb-jam.com (you can use the model form below). Then send the unused stickers back within 14 days to the address we give you. Return shipping costs are paid by you.

We refund the full amount paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the items back (or proof that you sent them) before refunding.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your sticker arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

Lost package

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we will reship it or refund you.

Legal guarantees

For consumers in the European Union, our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles L.217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, and 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
